my dslr
Bought this baby in London for 899 pounds. Equivalent to about $1500 AUD.
It sells for almost $2000 AUD in Australia for the same thing, body and lens together.
Great quality pictures with 18mp, has easy-to-use manual functions and live LCD view display.
Canon 550D with 18-135mm IS lens

before & after
Before
After
...looks even more mouthwatering after a digital makeover. Wouldn't it be good if all food in real life had this sort of power? The power of making itself look a tad bit more appealing to feast on.
...nom nom nom.

Obstacles
Ended up finishing a minor assignment earlier than expected. It feels good!
Now to actually make a start with the rest of the major ones... due in a few weeks time, should I start now or later? The earlier the better perhaps... because I want to get everything out of the way to make way for my plane trip to London! It is my only motivation (so far) because there's lots to prepare hehe
To purchase a new video camera and learn a few of the parents' chinese cooking recipes is only the start of it all.

Reviving this blog somewhat.
Daylight savings has ended, and yes, that extra hour of sleep was well worth it but time seems so slow now. I feel like it's 10pm when it's in fact, 9pm. And although it's only 9pm, I begin to fall asleep in front of my laptop. Not a good sign...
Okay, so what have I been up to...
- Graduate Program Applications
I don't know but I find them daunting to do. It's not like I don't want to do them because how else will I kick start my full-time career earning big dollars as a graduate. I feel as if my major isn't helping me with choosing a job I want to do. Or maybe, it's like I am not ready for a full-time job yet? All these thoughts whirling through my mind are making me extra stressed, and also knowing that the deadlines are approaching as each day goes by, I keep thinking about when I will be able to just get over it all and hit that 'apply now' button. What if I don't get into any graduate positions? I can always work my way up from any related job and look forward to the following year...right? Hmm...
- The usual
Yeah, like working and studying, being a good kid to the parents as I should be... and gymming? Still on contract but hardly going. I don't find any motivation now to exercise because I can't gain weight (nor do I feel unhealthy). Working alone make my arms grow muscles from scanning all those soft drinks people buy. Oh my gosh, working during Easter is insane. The amount of people and the pile of items stocked up because the store closes for a day is nothing I've ever seen before. It's a good thing though, for the store's profits!
Head hurts from thinking too much. Until next time. :)
